Hi, We are Framing Grace.
Framing Grace is a nonprofit portrait studio that partners with local organizations to provide free, high-quality portrait sessions to individuals and families facing hardship. Through referral-based access, we serve families experiencing homelessness (family portraits), children in foster care (confidence sessions), women in shelters or pregnancy centers (maternity portraits), high school seniors in poverty or foster care (senior graduation portraits), and other projects as needed for our community. Our mission is to restore dignity, celebrate resilience, and preserve important life milestones through compassionate photography services.
Our Impact
At Framing Grace, we believe every person deserves to be seen, celebrated, and remembered. Through free, professional portrait sessions, we provide underserved individuals and families with more than photographs—we offer dignity, belonging, and hope.
Restoring Dignity
For families experiencing homelessness, a family portrait becomes more than an image—it is a symbol of stability, unity, and the belief that home is defined by love. For women in shelters or pregnancy centers, maternity portraits honor new beginnings and affirm their strength and worth.
Building Confidence
Children in foster care are given the chance to see themselves in a positive and empowering light. High school seniors facing poverty or foster care receive graduation portraits that recognize their achievement and remind them that their future is worth celebrating.
Preserving Legacy
Elderly individuals and hospice patients are gifted with legacy portraits, creating timeless keepsakes that strengthen family bonds and provide comfort to loved ones. These portraits carry stories forward for generations.

By collaborating with local nonprofits, Framing Grace ensures that families who often go unseen have equitable access to milestone photography. We bridge the gap between art and social service, transforming photography from a luxury into a tool for healing and connection.
